How it works?

Step 01-Sign-Up

Sign-Up for free and get your US shipping address.

Step 02-Ship and Track

Once your item is delivered to our warehouse,you'll recieve an email notification or you can track your package online through our website or app.All updates are sent through emails or you can track by using website or app.

Step 03-Collect your packages

Once your package(s) reaches jamaica and it has been cleared by customs,you'll recieve an email saying your package is ready to be picked up. Delivery is an option.

Step 04

Delivered Safely Your item is delivered securely and on time. You'll receive a delivery confirmation via text or email.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I have to upload an invoice to Hibbi’s Parcel?

If invoices are not provided, this will result in delays at customs and there is the possibility that the customs officer inspecting the shipment will assign a higher value to your package.

2. How do I avoid paying customs duty on my package?

Please ensure that your package value/cost stay below $100usd.

3. Can we ship packages using another multiple names or share account?

No. We do not accept packages that are shipped without the registered name and correct mailbox number for security reasons. Signing up for our service is free, and the mailbox number you receive should be kept confidential. All packages must match the registered name, and a valid government ID is required upon pickup. Please note that failure to register and use our Shipping address or use someone else mailbox number will result in an administrative fee of JMD $1,500 (subject to change at any time).

4. Do i have to provide Hibbi’s Parcel with invoices for my packages?

Yes you do. You`re invoice must have; tracking number, payment details and description of items in payment with cost breakdown.

5. What are RESTRICTED ITEMS?

Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc
